If you have already been in contact with a technical support representative, he would have provided you with the 6 digit PIN number necessary to access your computer remotely. If he has not already provided you with that number please ask him for it now.
Once you have entered the number in the box below and clicked on the "Connect To Technician" button you will be asked to install a very small program. The installation should take less than 15 seconds. The program is only used for this remote support connection and is removed upon the completion of the session.
