Our Technical Support representatives will be able to provide you with a PIN Code, which is necessary for a remote support session, if your issue requires remote access for resolution. If you have already been in contact with a Technical Support representative, he or she may have provided you with a 6-Digit PIN Code necessary to access your computer remotely. If your issue does not require a remote session, then no code will be given. To begin the remote session, enter the code provided to you in the box above, then click on the "Connect To Technician" button. Next, you will be asked to install a very small program to create the remote connection; this installation should take less than 15 seconds. This program and PIN Code are only good for one remote support session, and are removed upon the completion of the session. |
